產(chǎn)品描述: Sample Type:Serum and plasmaIntended Use:For the quantitative determination of endogenic rat cortisol concentrations in serum and plasma. Sensitivity:0.049ng/mlRange:0.049-200ng/mlSpecificity:This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of rat cortisol. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between rat cortisol and analogues was observed.Test Principle:This BioAssay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antigen. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with antibody specific for cortisol and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated goat-anti-rabbit antibody. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between with pre-coated cortisol and cortisol in samples. A substrate solution is added to the wells and the color develops in opposite to the amount of cortisol in the sample. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
