產(chǎn)品描述: The DOT1L Chemiluminescent BioAssay Kit is designed to measure DOT1L activity for screening and profiling applications. Test Principle:The key to the DOT1L Chemiluminescent BioAssay Kit is a highly specific antibody that recognizes methylated K79 residue of H3. With this kit, only three simple steps on a microtiter plate are required for methyltransferase detection. First, S-adenosylmethionine is incubated with a sample containing assay buffer and methyltransferase enzyme for two hours. Next, primary antibody is added. Finally, the strips are treated with an HRP-labeled secondary antibody followed by addition of HRP substrate to produce chemiluminescence that can then be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.Applications:Great for studying enzyme kinetics and HTS applications.Kit Components:Strip plate, 1x96 wellsDOT1L, 1x50ug 100uM S-adenosylmethionine, 1x250ul DOT1L substrate, 1x250ul Primary Antibody 25, 1x12.5ul Secondary HRP-labeled Antibody 2, 1x10ul 4x HMT Assay Buffer 3, 1x3ml Blocking Buffer, 1x50ml HRP chemiluminescent substrate A, (translucent bottle), 1x6ml HRP chemiluminescent substrate B, (brown bottle), 1x6ml Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
