產(chǎn)品描述: LSD1 is a chromatin-modifying enzyme that specifically removes methyl groups from mono- and dimethylated Lys of histone H3. LSD1 is a critical component of transcriptional regulation via epigenetic histone modifications and is therefore a potential target for drug development.Intended Use:The LSD1 Homogeneous BioAssay Kit is designed to measure activity of lysine-specific demethylase (LSD1) for screening and profiling applications. Test Principle:The key to the LSD1 Homogeneous BioAssay Kit is a highly specific antibody that recognizes demethylated substrate. With this kit, only three simple steps on a microtiter plate are required for demethylase detection. First, a sample containing LSD1 enzyme is incubated with the biotinylated substrate. Next, acceptor beads and primary antibody are added, then donor beads, followed by reading the Alpha-counts.Applications:Great for studying enzyme kinetics and screening small molecular inhibitors for drug discovery and HTS applications.Kit Components:LSD1, 1x10ug Primary antibody 10, 1x40ul Biotinylated histone H3 peptide substrate, 1x400ul 3x LSD1 assay buffer 2, 1x3ml 4x Detection buffer, 1x2mlStorage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
