產(chǎn)品描述: Stem Cell Factor (SCF), also known as c-kit ligand (KL), is a ligand for the c-kit tyrosine kinase receptor. In vivo and in vitro, SCF has potent effects on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. SCF acts in a synergistic manner with various growth factors to induce myeloid, erythroid, megakaryocytic and lymphoid lineage cells. SCF synergizes with IL-2 and Flt-3 Ligand to stimulate the proliferation and cytotoxic activity of subsets NK cells. SCF also has marked activity on mast cells, inducing their growth, maturation, migration and activation. Mouse SCF cDNA encodes a 248 amino acid (aa) residue type I transmembrane (TM) protein containing a 25aa signal peptide, a 189aa extracellular region.Sample Type:Serum and plasmaIntended Use:The kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the in vitro quantitative measurement of SCF in mouse serum, plasma; and other biological fluids not being tested.Sensitivity:<1pg/mlRange:20.5-5000pg/mlSpecificity:This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of mouse SCF.Precision:Intra CV<10%; Inter CV <15%Test Principle:This assay employs the fast quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for mouse SCF has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards, samples and mouse SCF mix are pipetted into the wells and any SCF present is bound by the immobilized antibody. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of SCF bound in the initial step.
