產(chǎn)品描述: Furazolidone belongs to nitrofuran drugs，broad spectrum antibiotics and plays an antibacterial activity for gram positive bacteria and gram negative bacteria. With low price and good effect，F(xiàn)urazolidone has been widely used for the prevention and treatment of diarrhea，enteritis，coccidiosis in poultry，livestock，aquatic products as well as black head in turkey. But studies have reported nitrofuran drugs and metabolites with considerable toxicity and side effect including teratogenic and an increased risk of cancer，and should be paid great attention. In July 1990，nitrofuran drugs and metabolites were listed as class A banned drugs according to 2377/90/EEC by the European Union （EU）. Furazolidone is not detectable in food-producing animals according to No. 1 of [2002] document of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China. This BioAssay kit is a detection product developed based on ELISA technology.Sample Type：Honey，tissue （Chicken，Duck meat，porcine，fish，prawn），eggs，etc.Intended Use：This BioAssay kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of Furazolidone（AOZ） concentrations in milk，honey，tissue （fish，shrimp，chicken，porcine，liver）.Sensitivity：0.05ppbRange：0.05-1.35ppbPrecision：Intra-assay： CV%<10%Inter-assay： CV%<10%Test Principle：This BioAssay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this BioAssay kit has been pre-coated with Furazolidone antigen. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Furazolidone specific antibody and Horseradish Peroxidase （HRP） conjugated anti-antibody. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between pre-coated Furazolidone and Furazolidone in standards or samples with the Furazolidone special antibody. A substrate solution is added to the wells and the color develops in opposite to the amount of Furazolidone in the standards or samples.
