Aminooxy-PEG1-amine is a chemical reagent containing an aminooxy group and a primary amine. The aminooxy group is reactive with an aldehyde to form an oxime bond. If a reductant is used, it will form a hydroxylamine linkage. The amino group is reactive withactivated NHS esters, or carboxylic acid in the presence of coupling reagent EDC. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries. Aminooxy compounds are very reactive and sensitive; they cannot be stored for long term. Immediate use (within 1 week) is highly recommended.
