ATP Reagent SS is a Super Sensitive (SS) reagent which under the right conditions (absolutely ATP free cuvettes etc) allows you to detect down to 10-18 mole ATP, the amount of ATP found in a single bacterial cell. The light emission is very high, however not stable with a decay of 235% per minute. The low stability makes it necessary to use the reagent with a luminometer with dispensers.

The high light decay makes it necessary to use the reagent with a dispenser equipped luminometer.nnDelivery form: Lyophilised reagent in a glass vial, sealed under argonnnReconstitution: In 22-101 Diluent B or in 24-101 Diluent D depending wheter protection against Extractant B/S is required or not.nnNumber of assays: Up to 100 analyses in test tube format.nnLinear range: From 10-18 to 10-13 mole ATP, depending on the linearity of the luminometer.nnStorage: +4°CnnShelf life: 2 years from date of delivery at +4°C. Reconstituted reagent should be used within a week.
