背景資料: Hybridoma or other tumor-like cells can be injected into the peritoneal cavity, the cells multiply and produce ascites fluid in its abdomen. Ascites fluid contains a high concentration of antibody making it inexpensive and easy to use. Ascites is commonly used as the source for antibody production from hybridoma cell lines. As an alternative to ascites roller bottle cell culture services are available for clients with specific antibody expression requirements.

產(chǎn)品描述: This service requires hybridoma cells that were produced by Rockland or that are provided by the client. Multiple mouse strains are available upon request. Ascites projects have 3 phases, phase 1 is the scale up of tissue culture to obtain sufficient the required cells, and phase 2 includes the priming of the mice and the injection of the prepared cells, phase 3 is recovery of the ascites fluid. Purification services are available upon request.
