背景資料: If you have a target protein or other immunogen, Rockland's team of experts can generate polyclonal antisera. Our scientists can consult with you on your antigen, choice of host, and other specific details such as host animal pre-screening or ELISA testing of the generated antisera to determine specificity. Special targets such as post-translational modificaitons such as a phosphorylated epitope or epigenetic modification. An agreement is put into place. Options include providing the immunogen or having Rockland produce the peptide or protein. An injection schedule will be provided but may be customized. Typically a 28-day Test bleed will be shipped to you for analysis. Add-on services are available such as: recombinant protein generation, custom vialing, lyophilization, ELISA, western blot, purification (protein A or G, affinity, cross-adsorption (for example, to non-phosphopeptide), conjugation (to reporter/dye), assay development, Host Cell Protein generation, stability study, test material manufacture, and others. As an option to be discussed after testing the first bleed, a valuable antibody which should be made available to a great many others in your field may be eligible to be made and marketed in collaboration.
