- Complete service includes 10 RABBIT host animals, 90 days RABBIT daily maintenance, 10 RABBIT Pre-bleeds (5 mL each), 20 RABBIT test bleeds (5 mL each), 20 RABBIT production bleeds (4 production bleeds form the 5 best responding animals of 25 mL each or up to 500 mL), 5 Rabbit terminal bleeds (1 each from the 5 best responding animals of 100 mL each or up to 500 mL), western blotting of all test bleeds, production bleeds and terminal bleeds and against one (1) HCP lysate provided by client, cascade series immunizations (see note), Protein A purification of up to 1.0 L of qualified antiserum, vialing and lyophilization of up to 100 glass vials. Final qualification of final product by western blotting against provided HCP lysates. Summary report (1 page) with digital copy of finished product western blot and SDS-PAGE. Package charge for shipping of finished product is included.
