產(chǎn)品描述: Cystatin C (CST3) is mainly used as a biomarker of kidney function. It also plays a role in brain disorders involving amyloid, such as Alzheimer's disease. It is found in virtually all tissues and body fluids. It is a potent inhibitor of lysosomal proteinases and probably one of the most important extracellular inhibitors of cysteine proteases. BioVision’s CST3 ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of human CST3 in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of human CST3 captured from the samples.
