Hyaluronidases (HAse) are a group of enzymes that degrade Hyaluronan (HA) a linear polysaccharide comprised of a repeating disaccharide of N-acetylglucosamine and D-glucuronic acid. HA is involved in many biological processes including structural support cell migration and tissue turnover.
