產(chǎn)品描述: This ELISA kit is a qualitative, direct antigen-based assay designed to detect the presence of porcine antibodies in serum and to determine antibody titer using antigen-coated plates.. It is not suitable for the quantitation of porcine IgG. The HRP-conjugated anti-porcine IgG provided in this kit is made against highly pure, whole antigen molecule specific to both H and L chains and will detect all IgG's (IgG + IgA + IgM). The reagents contained in this kit are sufficient for 1000 to 2000 samples or 10-20 plates.Kit Components:I7502-20A: IgG (HRP) anti-porcine, 1x150ul. I7502-20B: Coating Buffer, 10X, 1x25 ml. I7502-20C: Blocking Buffer, 10X, 1x25ml. I7502-20D: Sample/Conjugate Diluent, 10X, 1x25ml. I7502-20E: Wash Buffer, 100X, 1x25ml.I7502-20F: TMB Substrate, 1x100ml.I7502-20G: Stop Solution, 10X, 1x10ml. Storage and Stability:Store all kit components at 4°C. Stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
