Kit description: High sensitivity: Limit of detection 6-16 pg/ml; Can be used to detect very small quantities of mCD48 starting from 50 pg/mL; Assay range 50– 3200 pg/mL; The entire test procedure can be performed at room temperature 20-22 degrees; Less steps (no avidin-biotin system – the enzyme conjugate binds directly to the target antigen); Short testing time (2.5 h); No cross-reaction with human CD48.
