產(chǎn)品描述: Tyrosine-protein kinase that acts as cell-surface receptor for the cytokine KITLG/SCF and plays an essential role in the regulation of cell survival and proliferation, hematopoiesis, stem cell maintenance, gametogenesis, mast cell development, migration and function, and in melanogenesis. In response to KITLG/SCF binding, c-Kit can activate several signaling pathways.. BioVision’s c-Kit ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of human c-Kit in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of c-Kit captured from the samples.
