產(chǎn)品描述: Inhibitory receptor acting as a major negative regulator of T-cell responses. The affinity of CTLA4 for its natural B7 family ligands, CD80 and CD86, is considerably stronger than the affinity of their cognate stimulatory coreceptor CD28. BioVision’s QuickDetect CTLA4 ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for measuring the quantity of human CTLA4 in serum, plasma and cell culture and other biological fluid. The entire process can be performed within 90 minutes with only a single incubation and a wash step respectively, resulting in fewer handling steps, fewer errors and more consistent results.
