This system involves the sequential incubation of the sample with an unconjugated primary antibody specific to the target antigen, a biotinylated secondary antibody that reacts with the primary antibody, Cy3-conjugated streptavidin, and chromogen substrate. Human Specific Cy3/DAB (ABC) Detection Kit includes reagents specifically designed for the use in the analysis of antigens in IHC and other immunodetection assays.
