- EpiQuik HDAC2檢測(cè)試劑盒能定量專門為檢測(cè)總HDAC1活性/抑制性而設(shè)計(jì).在檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)中，含有HDAC2的核蛋白牢牢地結(jié)合在微孔表面，被高結(jié)合活性的特異性抗體識(shí)別.HDAC2的量可以通過連接了HRP的次級(jí)抗體顯色系統(tǒng)來檢測(cè)，與吸光度成正比.該HDAC2分析試劑盒
