背景資料: 該beta-Actin - 251 011C3產(chǎn)品的Uinprot數(shù)據(jù)庫ID是P60710，100ug純化IgG，凍干粉形式, 熒光標(biāo)記-Oyster? 550. 添加了白蛋白和疊氮化物以起到穩(wěn)定作用.100 μg purified IgG, lyophilized, fluorescence-labeled with Oyster^? 550. Albumin and azide were added for stabilization. For reconstitution add 100 μl H₂O to get a 1mg/ml solution in PBS. Either add 1:1 (v/v) glycerol, then aliquot and store at -20°C until use, or store aliquots at -80°C without additives.
Reconstitute immediately upon receipt! Avoid bright light when working with the antibody to minimize photo bleeching of the fluorescent dye.The mounting agent Aquatex^?(Merck Chemicals) is not compatible with Oyster dyes!
