AZDye 660 R是一種明亮且光穩(wěn)定的遠紅染料，在遠紅和近紅外之間的邊界光譜區(qū)域中在約685 nm處發(fā)射熒光。雖然最大吸收在約665 nm處，但這種染料可以被633或635 nm激光充分激發(fā)。AZDye 660R染料是水溶性的，并且在pH 4至pH 10范圍內對pH不敏感。AZDye 660R是一種羅丹明染料，與一般的羅丹明染料一樣，它具有非常好的光穩(wěn)定性。AZDye 660 R的上級光穩(wěn)定性和出色的亮度使其成為共聚焦顯微鏡和其他要求苛刻的應用的理想選擇。

Tetrazines demonstrate exceptionally fast cycloaddition kinetics (up to 30 000 M-1 s-1) with trans-cyclooctenes (TCO) as the dienophile, the fastest kinetics ever reported for any bioorthogonal reaction. In addition, inverse-Electron-Demand Diels-Alder reaction of tetrazines trans-cyclooctenea forms a stable covalent bond and does not require Cu-catalyst or elevated temperatures.nnAZDye 660R is a bright and photostable far-red dye that emits fluorescence at about 685 nm in the borderline spectral region between far-red and near-IR. Although the absorption maximum is at around 665 nm, this dye can be sufficiently excited by the 633 or 635 nm laser. AZDye 660R dye is water soluble and pH-insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10. AZDye 660R is a rhodamine-based dye, and like rhodamine dyes in general, it is exceptionally photostable .
