AZDye? 532 NHS Ester? is an amine reactive, yellow emitting dye routinely used to label proteins or antibodies through the primary amines (Lys), amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing biomolecules. The labeling occurs most efficiently at pH 7-9 and forms a stable, covalent amide bond.nnAZDye? 532 is a water-soluble, highly photostable, and bright yellow dye with pH insensitive emission from pH 4 to pH 10. The excitation of AZDye? 532 ideally suited for the frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser line. AZDye? 532 dye conjugated to a variety of antibodies, peptides, proteins, tracers, and amplification substrates often used for generation of stable signal in imaging and flow cytometry.nnAZDye? 532 is structurally identical to Alexa Fluor? 532. Its absorption/emission spectra is a perfect match to spectra of many other fluorescent dyes based on sulfonated rhodamine core, including Alexa Fluor? 532 and CF?532 Dye.nn Alexa Fluor? 532 Dye is a registered trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
