Supplied as a lyophillized powder from 0.05mM Acetate buffer, pH 4. Reconstitute with 0.1M Acetate buffer, pH 4.0 at 10ug/ml. Further dilutions can be made in desired buffer.

保存建議

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with 0.1M Acetate buffer, pH 4.0. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
