Supplied as a liquid in 25mM Tris-HCl, pH6.8, 50mM DTT, 1% SDS, 0.1% Bromophenol Blue, 2.5% glycerol.

保存建議

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
