Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 20mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 5mM MgCl2, 10% glycerol.

保存建議

Lyophilized powder is stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C Reconstituted product must be stored in aliquots at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
