溶解建議

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from water containing no additives. Reconstitute using sterile deionized water to a concentration 100ug/ml.

保存建議

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. For long term storage add 0.1% HSA or BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
