Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.4. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O,0.1% HSA or BSA to 0.1mg/ml, which can then be further diluted with in other aqueous solutions.

保存建議

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O,0.1% HSA or BSA. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
